MARION – The Marion Police Department released the following information on Monday, Sept. 11, 2023.

Tina Rosson, 46, of Centerville, TN was arrested for Aggravated Unlawful Use of a Weapon, Illegal Transportation of Cannabis and Failure to Signal in the 1800 block of Bittle Place on Sept. 6, 2023.

John M. Rosson, 50, of Centerville, TN was arrested for Aggravated Unlawful Use of a Weapon, Illegal Possession of Weapon by a Felon and Possession of Cannabis in a Motor Vehicle in the 1800 block of Bittle Place on Sept. 6, 2023.

Christopher Gibson, 40, of Marion was arrested for Domestic Battery in the 2200 block of Nichole Lane on Sept. 6, 2023.

David Long, 45, of Marion was arrested for Violation of Sex Offender Registration on Sept. 7, 2023 in the 800 block of North Court Street.

Sebastian Archie, 29, of Marion was issued a citation for Retail Theft at Walmart on Sept. 7, 2023.

Cody Swagger, 30, of West Frankfort was issued a citation for Retail Theft at Walmart on Sept. 8, 2023.

Reva Warnsman, 39, of Marion was arrested for Retail Theft at Pilot Travel Center. Additional citations were issued for Possession of Controlled Substance, Possession of Methamphetamines and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia on Sept. 10, 2023.

Alan Reliford, 28, of Fort Myers, FL was arrested for Criminal Trespass to Property in the 2800 block of East Outer Drive on Sept. 9, 2023.

Eric Oliver, 42, of Charleston, IL was arrested for Retail Theft at Walmart on Sept. 9, 2023.
