MURRAY, KY – A Marion, IL man has been arrested by Calloway County, KY authorities for reportedly making threats to harm several people involved in an ongoing court case.

According to the Calloway County Sheriff’s Office Facebook page, 42-year-old Thomas D. Fike II was arrested Tuesday and charged with four counts of Retaliating Against Participation in a Legal Process.

The sheriff’s office says it was reported that Fike made the threats on Friday, Aug. 18.

Fike is lodged in the Calloway County Jail.
