Malcolm Vuichard, 30, of Marion has been arrested for two counts of Possession of Controlled Substance, Operating an Uninsured Motor Vehicle, Operating a Motor Vehicle with a Suspended Registration for No Insurance and Unlawful Display of Registration on July 24, 2023 in area of Main St. and Fifth St.
Jose Ortego, 39, of Texas has been arrested for Possession of a Stolen Vehicle on July 24, 2023 in the area of The Hill Ave.
John Dangles Jr., 25, of Palos Heights, IL has been arrested for Failure to Wear a Seat Belt, two counts of Aggravated Battery to a Police Officer and Resisting/Obstructing a Police Officer on July 26, 2023 in the area of Whippoorwill Ln.
Keith Barnes, 41, of Marion has been arrested for Burglary and Possession of a Firearm without a Valid FOID Card on July 25, 2023 in the 2600 block of Michael Ln.
Kelly Hart, 56, of Marion has been issued a citation for Criminal Trespass to Property on July 27, 2023 in the 100 block of N. Court St.
Jaryan Brock-Brantley, 34, of Mt Vernon has been issued a citation for Violation of Bail Bond on July 31, 2023 in the 1900 block of The Hill Ave.
William Bainer III, 50, of Marion has been arrested for Criminal Damage to Property on July 27, 2023 in the area of W. Jefferson St. and N. Monroe St. An additional arrest for Domestic Battery occurred in the 700 block of N. Skyline Dr.
Mariah Watkins, 31, of Benton has been arrested for Battery and Criminal Trespass to a Vehicle on July 24, 2023 in the area of Williamson County Parkway and W. DeYoung St.
