MARION – Contour Airlines will begin service from Veterans Airport of Southern Illinois in Marion to Chicago O’Hare International Airport beginning Tuesday

To mark the start of Contour service in Marion, airport executives, elected officials, and representatives of Contour Airlines will gather to celebrate the inaugural flight of the new scheduled service at 5:30 a.m. at the airport in Marion. Air service from Marion to Chicago will start at 7 a.m.

Contour Airlines will offer two scheduled round trip flights daily Monday through Friday and 1 round trip flight on Saturday and Sunday. Service will be provided via an Embraer 30 seat regional passenger jet, and flights will take around an hour.
