MT. VERNON – The City of Mt. Vernon says it will host a dedication ceremony Friday at 12:30 p.m. at the new police station located at 600 S. 27th St.

A public open house will then be held from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. Saturday to allow people to tour the new state-of-the-art facility.
