MARION – The following information was released by the Marion Police Department on Wednesday, March 8, 2023.

Meesah Mocaby, 35, of Marion has been arrested for Retail Theft at Possession of Drug Paraphernalia on March 7, 2023 in the 2600 block of The Hill Ave.

Moses Moultrie III, 43, of Marion has been arrested for Disorderly Conduct/Misuse of 911 System on March 6, 2023 in the areas of W. Main St. and Second St.

Matthew Bonney, 47, of Marion has been arrested for Violation of an Order of Protection and Resisting/Obstructing Police Officers in the 900 block of W. Boulevard St. on March 6, 2023.

Keith Hendrix, 41, of West Frankfort has been arrested for Resisting a Police Officer, Aggravated Battery to a Police Officer and Resisting/Obstructing a Police Officer causing Injury on March 6, 2023 in the 2800 block of Outer Dr.

Nicholas Lattuca, 42, of Marion has been arrested for Theft of Lost/Mislaid Property, Possession of a Controlled Substance, Unlawful Use/Possession of Weapons, Defacing a Firearm, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia and Possession of Methamphetamines with Intent to Deliver on March 1, 2023 in the area of N. Logan St.

Sara Nichelson, 33, of Marion has been arrested for Possession of Controlled Substance, Possession of Methamphetamines and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia on March 1, 2023 in the area of N. Logan St.

Adam Baggett, 38, of Goreville has been arrested for Resisting a Police Officer in the area of N. Logan St. on March 1, 2023.

Ashley Boatright, 33, of Marion has been issued a citation for Retail Theft at Wal-Mart Supercenter on March 1, 2023.

LaMar Alexander, 41, of Carbondale has been arrested for Domestic Battery in the 4400 block of Meadowland Parkway on February 24, 2023.
