McLeansboro City Council Meets Tonight

MCLEANSBORO – The McLeansboro City Council will meet tonight at 6 in the courtroom at the Hamilton County Courthouse.

Council members are set to discuss and possibly act on the April pay request for the water tower project and a change order for the project, submitting a full application to USDA Rural Development for the sanitary sewer improvement project, incorporating property deeded to the city as an alley attached to 601 East Randolph, rental rates and the rental contract for the Izaak Walton Cabin, a contract with Patriot Pyro for fireworks for the 4th of July celebration, purchasing a banner from the Chamber of Commerce to be displayed for two years on a utility pole with the city’s name on it, advertising and subsequently hiring an employee(s) to help with summer mowing and accepting a bid on a 2015 Bush Hog mower.
