Patrick Manalang, 51, of Marion has been issued a citation for Retail Theft at Wal-Mart Supercenter on March 17, 2023.
Austin Baker, 31, of Marion has been arrested for Battery in the 1000 block of Tower Square Plaza on March 17, 2023.
Ernestine Burgess, 42, of Marion has been arrested for Aggravated Assault and Aggravated Battery to a Police Officer on March 17, 2023 in the 2200 block Nichole Ln.
