BENTON – The Franklin County Sheriff’s Office released the following information on Monday, December 20, 2021.
12-9-21 Jacklyn S. Steed age 28 of West Frankfort was ticketed for operating an uninsured motor vehicle, having a suspended/revoked registration and having no headlights.
12-15-21 Jesse A. Reed age 37 of Freeman Spur was arrested for domestic battery and criminal damage to state supported property.
12-15-21 Kyle D. Furlow age 3 1 of Christopher was ticketed for driving while license suspended.
12-19-21 Heather R. Boner age 36 of Benton was arrested for violation of an order of protection.
12-20-21 Joshua D. McPherson age 36 of Carmi was arrested for theft and possession of burglary tools.
WARRANT ARRESTS
12-14-21 James A. Tennessen age 35 of Thompsonville. Failure to appear for unlawful possession of adult use cannabis in a motor vehicle.
12-16-21 Reese L. Yates age 36 of Marion. Failure to appear for criminal damage to property.
12-18-21 Adam L. Tuttle age 32 of Johnston City. Failure to appear for possession of drug paraphernalia.
The public is reminded that all defendants are presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
