BENTON – The following information was released by the Franklin County Sheriff’s Office on Tuesday, July 6, 2021
6-28-21 Michelle L. Weinhold, age 49, of Benton was arrested for domestic battery.
6-28-21 Joseph V. Rock, age 52, of Benton was arrested for domestic battery.
6-30-21 Landon L. Benbrook, age 25, of McLeansboro was arrested for driving while license suspended. Benbrook was also ticketed for operating an uninsured motor vehicle, failure to reduce speed to avoid an accident and no valid registration.
7-5-21 Jason R. Domoleczny, age 51, of DeSoto was ticketed for speeding.
7-5-21 Sabria D. Isaac, age 59, of Marion was ticketed for having an expired registration.
7-5-21 Alec J. Cottrell, age 20, of Thompsonville was ticketed for leaving the scene of a property damage crash and operating an uninsured motor vehicle.
7-5-21 Adawnya D. Solomon, age 28, of Elizabethtown was arrested for a Hamilton County warrant for possession of methamphetamine and obstructing identification. Solomon was also ticketed for operating an uninsured motor vehicle, no valid driver’s license and failure to drive right side of the roadway.
WARRANT ARRESTS
7-6-21 Joshua A. Pearce, age 41, of Marion. Failure to appear for driving while license suspended.
The public is reminded that all defendants are presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
