Missing Johnston City Boys Found in Texas

JOHNSTON CITY – Johnston City Police say three missing boys from Johnston City have been found. According to a Facebook post from Johnston City Police, the boys – age 15 and 8-year-old twins – were found in Texas and are in protective custody. The suspect in this case, Cassandra Carter, is in custody in Texas.
