Kalen Gibbs, 33, of Herrin has been arrested for No Seatbelt by Juvenile Passenger, Smoking with a Minor in the Vehicle and Operating a Vehicle with Registration Suspended for No Insurance on May 28, 2023 in the area of W. DeYoung St. and N. Carbon St.
Jason Flynn, 43, of Springfield has been arrested for Forgery and Theft in the 1300 block of N. Marathon Dr. on May 31, 2023.
Clayton Chwarczinski, 31, of Marion has been issued a city ordinance violation for Possession of Cannabis on May 31, 2023 in the area of W. DeYoung St. and N. Carbon St.
Alexis Wagner, 27, of Herrin has been issued a citation for Possession of Methamphetamines on June 1, 2023 in the 1000 block of S. Market St.
Billy Jearlds, 31, of Herrin has been arrested for Driving While License Suspended, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia and Obstructing Justice on June 1, 2023 in the 1000 block of S. Market St.
Billy Garris, Jr., 33, of Marion has arrested for Battery on June 1, 2023 in the 800 block of N. Monroe St.
Reva Warnsman, 38, of Harrisburg has been arrested for Theft in the 900 block of W. Main St on June 1, 2023.
Justin Phipps, 23, of Herrin has been arrested for Possession of Firearm without a FOID Card, Possession of Ammunition without a FOID Card and Aggravated Unlawful Possession of a Firearm without a FOID Card on June 1, 2023 in the 2600 block of W. Main St.
