Three Facing Charges in Marion for Distributing Meth and Stolen/Defaced Guns

MT. VERNON – Three people are facing charges after the Marion Police Department’s Narcotics Unit executed a search warrant in the 900 block of North Bentley Street Thursday and found the trio who lived at the home was involved in the distribution of crystal “ice” methamphetamine and stolen/defaced firearms.

According to a Marion Police Department press release, the search warrant was executed in a “tactical” manner with the assistance of the Marion Police Department’s Emergency Response Team, without incident. A search of the home revealed 21 firearms suspected to be stolen, ammunition, methamphetamines, packaging materials and weighing equipment.

Arrested were 40-year-old Ryan R. Thomas, 40-year-old Brandy L. Antonacci and 37-year-old Phillip R. Castellano.

Thomas was issued a citation for Delivery of Methamphetamines, Gunrunning, Aggravated Possession of Stolen Firearms and Defacing Identifications Marks on a Firearm. Antonacci was issued a citation for Aggravated Possession of Stolen Firearms. Castellano was issued citations for Aggravated Possession of Stolen Firearms and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia. Police say their charges are pending.

The trio was conveyed to the Williamson County Jail awaiting their first court appearance.
