Jefferson County Arrest Reports 8-14-19

MT. VERNON — On Wednesday, the Jefferson County Sheriff’s Office reported the following arrests:

24-year-old Cecil Thomas of Mt. Vernon was arrested by Mt. Vernon Police Tuesday for aggravated domestic battery.

51-year-old David Lamar of Woodlawn was arrested Tuesday for retail theft less than $300.

27-year-old Brandon Hightower of Oak Ridge, TN was arrested Tuesday for cannabis trafficking greater than 5,000 grams.

27-year-old Shelton Davis of Oak Ridge, TN was arrested Tuesday for cannabis trafficking greater than 5,000 grams.

24-year-old Faith Young of Knoxville, TN was arrested by Illinois State Police Tuesday for manufacturing / delivery of cannabis greater than 5,000 grams.

27-year-old Amelia Ellis of Mt. Vernon was arrested by Mt. Vernon Police Tuesday for possession of drug paraphernalia.

28-year-old Kyle Badgett of Mt. Vernon was arrested by Mt. Vernon Police Tuesday for meth delivery less than five grams and possession of drug paraphernalia.

35-year-old Jessica Ridgeway of Nason was arrested by Mt. Vernon Police Wednesday for possession of meth less than five grams.

34-year-old William Phillips of Ashley was arrested by Mt. Vernon Police Wednesday on a bond forfeiture warrant.
